I may decline a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to use my commissioned works for portfolio purposes, advertisements, and/or social media posts to which proper accreditation for the commissioner will be made unless stated otherwise.

Visual references must be provided as much as possible.

Text descriptions or rough sketches may also be given to help offer a better idea regarding your request.

The listed prices are base values and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commissions which can be negotiated.

All artworks will be done in my style.

An initial payment of 50% is required before starting the process.

The remaining 50% must be paid upon confirming the sketch and base colors

Discounts or charge backs will not be acknowledged once an installment has been made.

I will not be held accountable for any mishaps on the commissioner’s part during the transaction.

In case I cancel the commission due to personal reasons after the process has already begun, a full refund will be provided.

Works in progress (WIPs) are guaranteed during the following phases: sketch, base colors, line art. You may also request a WIP at any given time.

During the sketch and base colors phases, any revisions may be requested free of charge.

During the line art phase, a maximum of three (3) revisions may be requested. Further requests may incur additional charges.

After the final payment has been settled, no further revisions will be allowed.

Please state if there is a deadline to be met prior to payment (rush fees will apply).

Otherwise, the average time taken to complete a commission may vary from 1-3 weeks to a couple of months depending on the type and complexity level of the artwork, the amount of requests, and my current workload.

All files will be sent through email (large files will be sent as drive links) along with a digital receipt indicating the type of request and all (if any) additional charges.

Any changes regarding the completion time will be properly communicated through the appropriate channels.

During the process, the work will not proceed until I receive feedback and confirmation for each major phase (sketch, base colors, line art).

Regular check-ins and progress checks are fine; however, harassment will not be tolerated regarding my work speed. Doing so may result in the cancellation of your commission with no refund.

All services are purely digital. No physical items will be shipped.

The availability of the commissioned artworks are indefinite as there is no guarantee against computer failure, accidental deletion or loss. However, proper measures will be taken to preserve the files for at least 3 months.

The commissioned artworks are ONLY for personal and non-profitable use, including but not limited to: avatars, headers, banners, posts unless agreed upon prior to payment.

Printing for personal use is allowed, however using the art for sales or business will be considered as commercial usage.

For commercial usage or content creation, additional charges will apply.

For social media posts or sharing the commissioned artwork, proper accreditation must be given.

All copyrights for the commissioned artworks belong to me, the artist.

You may not claim the work as your own or even modify, edit, trace or use them without my permission.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden and I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes.
